Liu Yongfu, Chairman of Shanghai Liying Machinery, joins hands with Wuhan Textile University to propel China's denim industry into the era of automation and contribute his own strength.

On December 7th, the inaugural meeting of the Technical Development Committee of the Key Laboratory for Advanced Manufacturing of Denim Apparel in the Textile Industry, guided by the Science and Technology Development Department of the China National Textile and Apparel Council and hosted by Wuhan Textile University, was held in Conference Room B3004, North Chongzhen Building.

Academician Xu Weilin, President of the university, delivered a speech. Feng Li, Director of the Science and Technology Development Department of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, Luo Jinyin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the university, and leaders from the Technology Research Institute and other units attended the meeting. Thirty-five industry and enterprise leaders from renowned companies across the country, including Shandong Ruyi, Jiangsu Black Peony, and Guangdong Yishion, spanning the entire production process from fiber spinning to garment washing and covering the whole industrial chain, were appointed as members of the Technical Development Committee of the laboratory. They also provided suggestions and insights for the development of the key laboratory and the industry.
