Shanghai LiYing Machinery Co., Ltd. made its appearance at the "22nd China International Dyestuff Industry, Organic Pigments, and Textile Chemicals Exhibition," themed "Ecological Greenness and Sustainable Development." This event was hosted by the China Dyestuff Industry Association, China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, and the Shanghai Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and organized by Shanghai International Exhibition (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai International Exhibition Services Co., Ltd. At the exhibition, LiYing showcased its denim-specific washing-extractor all-in-one machine and a large-capacity inclined energy-saving dryer.
The garment washing industry once enjoyed a glorious period, with high salaries for employees and substantial profits for enterprises becoming the industry norm. However, in recent years, due to continuously rising energy and labor costs, along with a decrease in orders, the industry has experienced a significant decline in profitability. It has become so competitive that it struggles to sustain forward momentum, with little visibility into a promising future.
Shanghai LiYing Machinery Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Hunan Ruiruo Biotechnology, Spain's Masa Laser Equipment, and the Hong Kong Denim Washing Research Institute, jointly shared an "Application Solution for Intelligent Equipment and Automatic Chemical Dosing Systems in Garment Washing Factories." This solution aims to address the four major challenges faced by traditional garment washing processes: high energy consumption, high water usage, high pollution levels, and high labor intensity.
